On 11 April 2024, Seznam Zprávy published an article titled “Court of two courts heads for the finale, the smaller one scores”, mapping the current state of the long-running court dispute between the International Arbitration Court in Prague at the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno (PRIAC) and the Court of Arbitration at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic (RSHKAK).
The article reports that the courts have progressively ruled in favour of PRIAC and its representatives — JUDr. David Řezníček and Dr. Vít Horáček — in the dispute over statements by the opposing court which, according to the courts, met the legal definition of unfair competition.
