In August 2021, the International Arbitration Court at the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno (PRIAC) filed a lawsuit against the Court of Arbitration at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic (RSHKAK) for unfair competition practices.
The filing was the start of a long-running court dispute, which over the following years — in January 2023, April 2024 and October 2024 — progressively culminated in court rulings in favour of PRIAC. The courts progressively classified the conduct of RSHKAK as meeting the elements of unfair competition and as being contrary to good morals.
