In May 2022, between the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic (SP ČR) and PRIAC, cooperation aimed at the development of an independent arbitral institution based in the Czech Republic with the ambition of becoming an internationally recognised arbitration centre was confirmed.
This confirmation built on the Memorandum on the development of a respected international arbitration court in the Czech Republic, signed between SP ČR and PRIAC in February 2022.
