The International Arbitration Court in Prague is led by a seven-member Presidium. Six members are elected for a five-year term by the Exchange Chamber of CMCEK on the recommendation of the outgoing Presidium. The Exchange Chamber also appoints the Registrar for a five-year term as the seventh member of the Presidium.
The Presidium elects from among its members a Chairman and Vice-Chairmen. The Chairman acts on behalf of the Arbitration Court; in his absence, the Vice-Chairmen.
The Presidium provides strategic governance of the Court, decides on fundamental matters of its operation, approves the List of Arbitrators and decides on the admission of new arbitrators. The Registrar ensures the administrative operation of the Arbitration Court and communication with parties to the proceedings.

No registration, no prior agreement. An arbitration clause in the contract or an arbitration agreement concluded after the dispute has arisen is sufficient.
